ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS
Charles Jeter
With over 40 years of survival, investigation, high altitude fieldcraft, and resilience training, Charles brings unmatched expertise to the classroom. A U.S. Navy SERE Graduate and Naval Aircrewman, Charles learned advanced evasion and survival skills to stay alive in the most extreme conditions. Deployed across multiple continents onboard the S-3 Viking carrier based jet aircraft as a Sensor Operator, including missions off the coast of Somalia, he witnessed firsthand what happens when society collapses and the rule of law disappears.
After the military, Charles became a Licensed Private Investigator in New Mexico, specializing in high-risk urban and rural cases. From tracking violent felons and artifact thieves and traffickers to manhunting in dangerous high altitude environments, he relied on his survival instincts and a sixth sense for danger.
Beyond the field, Charles is a seasoned author and journalist, with more than 200 published investigative articles on security and cybersecurity, including reporting on the ‘In The Dark’ 2010 War College EMP study. His instructional design has even contributed to a Department of Homeland Security award-winning community initiative, with blended learning techniques this training session will leverage.
Charles doesn’t just teach theory—he teaches what he’s lived. His classes are packed with real-world stories, hard-earned lessons, and practical methods that show you how to “stack the deck against death” and build resilience for yourself, your family, and your community.
When you learn from Charles, you’re not just taking a class—you’re gaining the mindset and skills of someone who has survived and thrived in the toughest environments.--
Rachel Marshall
Rachel has spent over 25 years in the mental health field, with 15 of those as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. She has trained in 10 evidence-based treatment approaches, including EMDR through the EMDR Institute, and has developed her own breakthrough method for treatment-resistant PTSD.
Her work has helped countless individuals navigate fear, trauma, and crisis. She is recognized by the courts in North Carolina and Colorado as an expert witness in PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, and Depression, and serves as a Child and Family Investigator in Colorado.
Rachel is also the author of The Summer I Healed, where she shares her personal journey of overcoming PTSD. She is founding a nonprofit dedicated to clinical research and treatment for PTSD—particularly for veterans and underserved populations.
What sets Rachel apart is her ability to translate years of clinical expertise into practical tools for resilience, clear decision-making under pressure, and community-based strength. In this course, she’ll help you master the mental side of survival, so you can plan wisely, act decisively, and protect those you care about without panic or fear.
